The 2012 wine harvest is well underway in South Africa and in the Durbanville region it is almost in full swing.

For me it is getting very busy in the cellar with 14+ hours days.

Not a lot of time to cook, blog or tweet.

However, we still need to eat and as for “social media”, well, it is more addictive than the beautiful wines being produced!

Here is my healthy Tuscan Crostini ai fegatini recipe, that is easy to prepare and delicious as an antipasti or as a light meal with a nice glass of chilled Gamay noir or a medium bodied Chianti.
